HERSHEY'S CAKE WITH FUDGE FROSTING

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 large can Hershey's
chocolate syrup

Fudge Frosting:
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Sift
together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients
alternately with the syrup. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased
and floured 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Boil frosting ingredients together for one minute. Cool one
minute, then pour over cake.
