1 lb. box graham crackers
1 fresh coconut
1 lb. box raisins
1 c. pecans
1/2 lb. candied cherries
2 slices candied pineapple
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Crush crackers, grate coconut and cut up cherries and
pineapple. Mix all ingredients; line cracker box with wax
paper. Pack cake inside box and refrigerate.
Hint: Save a little coconut milk and spoon over cake
after it's packed in box. Wait 24 hours before cutting.
