In double boiler melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons butter. Spread in bottom of pan and chill. Mix together peanut butter, 3/4 cup melted butter, light brown sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over chocolate and chill. In double boiler melt remain- ing chocolate chips and butter. Spread over peanut butter mixture and chill. Cut into squares. Similar to Reese's peanut butter cups.
