1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Put dry ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan and stir.
Don't worry if there are still some lumps. Make 8 holes with a
spoon in the dry mixture. Add the vinegar, oil and vanilla in
the holes. Gradually add the water and mix. Bake at 375 degrees for
25 minutes.
Note: This recipe can be doubled for an 8 1/2 x 11-inch
pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
I know this sounds strange but it makes an incredibly
moist rich chocolate cake. Frost with your favorite chocolate
