1 medium potato
1 small jar peanut butter
Peel and boil potato until almost ready to dissolve.
Drain. Using a fork, mash the potato in a bowl, adding pow-
dered sugar until mixture has a dough like texture. Roll the
candy dough flat to 1/4-inch thickness. Sprinkle with powdered
sugar. Spread liberally with peanut butter. Roll candy dough
into a "log". Slice candy log into desired thickness (1/4-inch
suggested) to create candy pinwheels. Chill and keep refriger-
