PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix*
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
2/3 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. peach juice
1 large can peaches

*If you use cake mix with pudding in mix, omit the
instant pudding.
Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil. Pour
mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan. Drain the can of peaches. Mix
cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Arrange peaches over cake
mix in pan. Pour on cheese mixture. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes
at 350 degrees.
