BLACKBERRY PIE

1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. fresh blackberries
1 deep pie shell
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 slice bread
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Stir sugar, sour cream, flour and salt. Cream well.
Place berries in pie shell. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over
them. Spread sour cream mixture over berries. In blender, put
bread, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Blend well.
Sprinkle this topping over the top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 50
minutes.
