OVEN FRENCH TOAST|
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
8 slices bread
Add sugar and salt to unbeaten eggs in shallow dish and
stir until well mixed. Stir in milk and oil. Dip bread in
mixture and place in well greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees about 10
minutes until brown. This is much easier than French toast
fried in deep fat, not as fattening and just as good.
