1 lb. tofu
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1
fresh clove, chopped
1 tsp. curry powder (more or
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. primary yeast flakes
1 tsp. vegetized salt
1/4 c. finely grated carrot
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Mash tofu with potato masher. Add all other ingredients
and mix with enough mayonnaise to make spreadable. This is
good in pita bread with alfalfa sprouts or leaf lettuce.
