TROPICAL FRUIT PUNCH

1 (15 oz.) can cream of
coconut
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened
pineapple juice
1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime
carbonated soft drink
1/2 tsp. imitation pineapple
extract
1/2 tsp. imitation coconut
extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Allspice
dash of mace
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin
orange sections drained
2 (14 oz.) cans chunk
pineapple

Chill cream of coconut, pineapple juice and lemon-lime
soft drink for 24 hours before preparation. In large punch
bowl, combine cream of coconut, pineapple juice, lemon-lime
drink, pineapple extract, coconut extract, nutmeg, allspice and
mace. Stir well. Add orange sections (drained), and chunk
pineapple with juice. Stir. Makes 5 quarts.
Note: Fresh fruit may be added in place of canned
fruit.
