CHEESE GRITS SUPREME

1 c. grits (cook per pkg.)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 (6 oz.) roll bacon cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 to 4 strips bacon, crumbled

Cook grits per package directions, using quantity for 1
cup grits. Add butter and bacon-cheese; blend well and cool.
Combine beaten eggs with milk. Stir in grits. Mixture
will be thin; pour into 2-quart greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60
minutes. Garnish with crumbled bacon. The bacon cheese is
hard to find. Can be substituted for 1 jar Kraft Old English
cheese and bacon crumbled.
