1 lb. chunk beef bologna
1 small jar pimentos
2 to 3 whole sweet pickles
(more or less as desired)

Adjust amounts according to amount of bologna used.

1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of salt
Grind bologna, pimentos and pickles together (may use
food processor, but do not puree). Mix dressing and pour over
bologna mixture. Mix thoroughly. Good in pita pocket or
grilled with peanut butter.
