1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned
1 (12 oz.) carton creamed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Combine sausage, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, cream
cheese and 2 eggs; set aside. Combine biscuit mix and green
onions; add beaten eggs and milk, stirring just until mois-
tened. Spoon half of batter into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Spoon on cheese and sausage mixture; top with remaining
batter. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Bake at 350 degrees for
35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out
clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
