HOT CRANBERRY TEA|
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 qt. water
12 whole cloves
1 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
6 cinnamon sticks
4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
Combine in large saucepan the cranberries, water, orange
peel, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Cook until cranberries are
soft. Strain. Add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Heat
until sugar is dissolved. Serve hot.
