2 slices rye bread
Thousand Island dressing
3 oz. corned beef
1 oz. Swiss cheese
2 oz. sauerkraut

Butter bread and turn buttered side under. Spread
dressing over dry side of bread. Add Swiss cheese, sauerkraut
and corned beef. Make a sandwich, then brown on both sides.
Can be served with dill spears and potato chips.
