8 large potatoes, cut in
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place oil, cheese and spices in a bowl with a tight
fitting lid. Shake hard to mix completely. Place a handful of
potato wedges at a time in a seasoned oil and shake to coat
potatoes. Place potato wedges on a foil covered cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes
are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil
mixture. Serves 8.
