MICROWAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES|
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 medium onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. milk
Layer potatoes and onions in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over potatoes and toss to coat
evenly. Dot with margarine and pour milk over top. Cover and
microwave 20 to 24 minutes on High or until potatoes are
tender. Stir once during cooking. Let stand 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
Be sure your casserole dish is deep enough or your
potatoes may boil over.
