cooked corned beef
2 slices rye bread
2 Tbsp. sauerkraut
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 tsp. Thousand Island
Thinly slice corned beef. Place corned beef on one
slice of bread. Drain sauerkraut well. Place sauerkraut and
Swiss cheese on corned beef. Spread second piece of bread with
dressing and place on top. Heat sandwich on paper plate in
microwave for 45 seconds, or until cheese melts.
