1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. Italian-seasoned
1 egg
1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. tomato sauce

1 (8 oz). can tomato sauce
(less 1/4 c. for meatballs)
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Meatballs: Combine meat with remaining ingredients,
except tomato sauce. Add 1/4 cup tomato sauce; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs; place into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking
dish. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes,
turning and rearranging twice. Drain juice and fat.
Sauce: Combine reserved tomato sauce and remaining
ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover; microwave for 2 to 3
minutes on High, until sauce is hot and bubbly.
