Parboil deer meat on top of stove for 30 minutes to 1
hour, depending on amount of meat. Remove meat from water; let
cool. Remove meat from bones; tear into small pieces. Cover
meat with barbecue sauce; cook in microwave-safe dish for 10
minutes. Can be used on sandwiches or as a main meat dish.
